      My experience with travel triangle has always been good, The trip was perfectly managed by the agent SGR tours and travels, Mr Shailesh took care of everything and all the bookings were done on time and visa process was also quick, In Singapore also we had good coordination with the travel agency, all the pick ups were on time. The only thing that was disappointing was keeping Universal Studios on 31st Dec2019, it was very crowded with long waiting time on that day due to which we missed some of the good rides, Rest everything was great.!!

      Me and my wife initially travelled to bali followed by singapore. To start with bali, the experience was ridiculous in terms of accommodation provided to us. We stayed at park regis kuta for 3 nights which was a decent hotel except for the fact that there was only one charging point in the room. We could only charge one mobile phone at a time. We moved to the canggu boutique resort for the last night in which we were given a private pool villa which had the following problems: 1. The room did not even have one charging point and we had to buy an international adapter from the local market as suggested by the hotel and the travel agent. 2. Secondly, the swimming pool's depth was close to 5 feet which means that if someone is 5 2 then that person should literally know how to swim in order to go inside the pool. You will obviously not be able to just sit and relax in case you want to. 3. There were lizards in the room which came into our notice after having our dinner. The issue was escalated to the housekeeping team after which an ametuer guy came into our room and tried to catch the lizard. After failing, he brought an insecticide and sprinkled it all over the place thinking that it would kill the lizard immediately. We even tried to convince the lady at the front desk to upgrade our room just for a few hours as we had to catch an early morning flight to singapore. We were told that we would see lizards in every room after which we had no other option but to stay in the same room provided to us.My wife couldn't sleep the whole night and fell sick after landing at the singapore airport. I would recommend everyone to book on their own instead of falling into this trap of travel agents who are out in the market just to make money and fool their guests. Singapore was our best experience as compared to bali which was ruined completely.

      The services provided by Vineet were up to the mark! However, I was highly disappointed by the hidden charges such as passport delivery and gratuity charges at the cruise, which were not initially informed by the Travel Triangle team. I had to follow up for everything from my side, including booking vouchers, visa requirements, and the next day's itinerary. Nothing was clear until the end of the day from this team. Additionally, my so-called account manager, Vinod Saini, was not helpful or available for any solutions.

      The I NEED TRIP TRAVELS did a fantastic job. All the activities were nicely planned for us. A very special thanks to Ms. Nupur because of whom the whole trip went so smooth and well. She really knows her job. Right from the starting she helped us plan our trip as per our wish. NAM HO DMC (the local agent) are doing a great job. The drivers were all punctual. The pick ups and drop were always on time. Some of the drivers were entertaining and so generous in letting us know about the place. We had a 2 year old with us so twice we needed to come back to our hotel a little earlier than the return time. The drivers turned out to be helpful in our case and happily came when we called. Overall thanks to the Team Travel Triangle ( Mr Joy) & team INT for wonderful and fantastic trip.
